I am used to working with Moodle on the faculty side, but I am attempting to use Moodle for the first time as an administrator.
I have Moodle 3.71 installed on my InMotion hosting site and can access the Administrator page.
Once logged in, I was able to create a new course as well as a course description. Attempting to import a backup file so that it can be stored is one of the issues that I am facing. Although I am logged in as the System Administrator, I am unable to upload any files. This is what I am seeing once I am in the newly created course:
Clicking on any of the drop down arrows fails to do anything except just look at me.
Attempting to upload any files, here is an example of what I am seeing:
There are no options to upload any file.
Returning to the Site Administration page, I am not able to access any of the other tabs that are available on the menu.
Clicking on any of the tabs continues to keep my where you see it in the above image.
I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on correcting the functionality of being the system administrator that I am having.
I appreciate any help and suggestions.
