I am running Moodle:
$version = 2018120302.07
$release = '3.6.2+ (Build: 20190201)
I have setup a scheduled task that runs every 5 minutes cron.php the command looks like this:
Moodlepath\server\php\php-win.exe -f Moodlepath\server\moodle\admin\cli\cron.php
But when I send a message, than the message don't come as a email. but when I run the web version of cron.php -> moodlesite/admin/cron.php, than after a certain time the messages work (when I send a message on Moodle, the message comes also as an email) but this only works for a few minutes.
Am I missing something?
