Hi folks,

I use Moodle.school which is cloud based (version 3.6.4) and every time myself or other users Login we get this message

"You are already logged in as 'my username', you need to log out before logging in as different user." In order to continue into the site you need to press cancel. Whilst this is fine for me as I have worked out what to do, it is confusing for our learners and other users.

Please could you advise how I might fix this.

Hi Helen,

Are your users nearly all clicking on a link somewhere (e.g. your school website) to get to Moodle?
If so, it could be that the link they are all clicking is yourmoodlesite.com/login.php instead of just yourmoodlesite.com

Thanks for this really quick reply. I think you may have the answer. I click in from my favourites in my browser and I suspect other users do the same. I have tried your suggestion and it worked so I will send a message out.
