I set up my moodle 3.6.3 with Open ID connect according to

I found that when I log in to my moodle with an O365 account. The login was successful with Open ID authentication but afterwards moodle directed me to a page (user/edit.php) to enter my surname, first name and email address. A pop-up message with title 'usernotfullysetup' appeared.
I checked that the O365 account is filled with proper surname, first name and email address.
Is there any way to get rid of that page (user/edit.php)? Is there any special setting required at Azure AD? All O365 users of my organization are not supposed to enter their details again while logging into moodle.
