Installing and upgrading help

I had the same error when installing Moodle 3.8.2.
Go to Wamp Server control and open Apache->Config->httpd.conf and then add at the end.

 
<IfModule mpm_winnt_module>
   ThreadStackSize 8888888
</IfModule>

Save httpd.conf and refresh your browser.
