I am considering making an application process (questionnaire of sorts) to get into my course. Up until now I have been using Paypal and it's been automated. The user registers, pays and then begins the course.
But how would you do that? Any ideas?

You might add the questionnaire as the first assignment in the course. Then set the completion of the questionaire as a requirement for being able to start the course activities.
