Sometimes when user answer a quiz the system open a connection and staying on "idle in transaction". The systems goes down informing: "Error: connection failed

The site administrator should also check that the details have been correctly specified in config.php" If i kill the connection "idle in transaction" the system back. After some research, even i know that won't solve, i change persistent connection between true and false without successful. I activate redis for cache but the problem continues. Someone knows what can I do? Some mapping on cache config? I'm thinking in install opcache too. Our system: 9.6 Debian Redis PHP 7 Moodle 3.6.3
