moodle 3.8
Can anyone help me? When I install moodle 3.8 in the local machine, I didn't face any problem in windows 10 32 bit system. But I get error message when I install in the 64 bit System. How to solve this issue?
Firstly, Moodle 3.8 isn't released yet. So, unless you have a particular reason to run the development version, you should be installing 3.7.
This is nothing to do with 32/64 bit systems. You don't have the intl extension installed in PHP. Fixing that depends on your operating system and how PHP was installed in the first place (which you haven't told us).
