dear All members and facilitators,
As a adminitrator i have configured the competency framework, learning plan template as well as the users in learning plan, then as a teacher i have added competencies to a course. The issue is when teacher would rate each of students competency through report -> competency breakdown, they can't select the student would be rated in Jump to User menu (Jump to User menu is inactive)
How to solve this issue ?
