Im using LDAP authentication , when i create a user profile and put all the data , and click on the
"Update profile " button , it show me this error :
could not send email!
Please any help ?

I am having the same issue and as a result, cannot move beyond the edit profile page. I cannot get into my courses. I have already been inputted as a teacher in the courses. I also noted the message in the yellow box under description that says "Unfortunately, the draft version could not be restored". I have tried re-inputting the same correct email and putting info in and deleting it in the Description. I have Windows 10. We don't have an expert user and the IT department says I know more about Moodle than he does.
