I am new here. I'm searching for a possibility to show 1 question per page with a time limit which redirects you to the next question when the questions attended time is over.
Is something like that available? Thanks!

Tim is right but his answer is very brief. I think he means that this feature is not available in the core questions or in any plugin he knows.
You can still try a workaround with java scripts. Take a look at moodleformulas.org and adjust the scripts to your needs. Note that these scripts may need improvement, so you're welcome to make them better.
