We have a Moodle 3.4.2+ platform installed on a Windows / IIS server.
For some time now we often have HTTP 500 errors that appear. They can appear on any page and automatically go away when reloading.
These errors appear after adding several SCORM modules to the platform, however we did not find any memory / CPU overload problems.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem? The platform works normally before these additions
I noticed that some of the uploaded modules contained special characters in their names ( parenthesis, #, ...) . Could these characters be the cause of the 500 errors?
Finally, we do not have control over the server but if you have an idea of what could cause problems on the server we can request a verification.
