Moodle for mobile

I've looked into styling the header and bottom menu bar on the app and unfortunately it can't be done. Basically what should happen is when the user opens the Scorm module via the app it should open full screen and touch edge to edge (Landscape) on the device. However, it doesn't do this on the app but if you view the module on a browser on the device.

So I think the app has some sort of limitations but I want to know if we purchase the custom app would we be able to solve this?
