Logs of all students for a single course

I have to remove logs for a single course of all student. Below are the details I require.

1. Student name
2. Student email
3. Date and time when each of the sections were viewed,i.e. Section 1.1, 1.1 quiz, 1.2, 1.2 Quiz, 1.3, 1.3 quiz... Etc. 
4. Score of all sections 1.1 quiz, 1.2 quiz... And also final exam.
5. Certificate details (student name, course name, date of completion, date of expiry, certificate number,
6. Feedback details (answers to all questions)

Actually, by "removing" I mean to say I want to fetch data. Sorry, for the confusion.

I am able to achieve accept #4. Can you help me if possible?
