Hi, 

 I have installed Moodle in version 3.6.2, and I am configuring an activity in a course, with the H5P module, and activate so that it could be seen in full screen, but when clicking, on the button to open the activation in full screen, the module shows me an error and freezes the screen. This is the error that shows me: 

Uncaught TypeError: Can not read property 'webkitRequestFullScreen' of undefined

at Object.H5P.fullScreen (h5p.js? ver = 2019052100: 653)

at Object.H5P.fullScreen (h5p.js? ver = 2019052100: 494)

at HTMLDivElement.n (28e4583 ...... 66a1fe28fb.js: 18737)

at HTMLDivElement.dispatch (jquery.js? ver = 2019052100: 2)

at HTMLDivElement.v.handle (jquery.js? ver = 2019052100: 2)

Hi Diego,


wich browser and version do you use ?

do you try to another one ?


Did you have the latest h5p version ? Maybe one of the h5p plugin is out of date.

Hello Dominique,

I have the latest version of the browsers, and try it on all and the same error comes out. The plugin version is the last, so I do not know what may be happening.

Which theme are you using? Have you tried it with a standard theme?

Can you provide exact info for both Moodle (the build number - see Site Admin > Notifications) and the h5p plugin and theme (the version and build number - see Site Admin > Plugins > Plugins overview > Additional plugins)

Hello Jon,

The theme with which I am using the plugin is the Moove theme, but I have tried it with the theme Adaptable and with the theme Clean and the same thing happens.

- Moove theme version is 2.4.0 (2019011000)
- H5P plugin version is 1.18 (2019052100)

how to enable H5P content types in moodle

Hi, My H5P editor says 

No content types are available

Your site is having difficulties connecting to H5P.org and listing the available content types.


Kindly assist, I have installed the H5P plugin in Moodle 3.2
