I need some help. My Moodle was set up in version 3.5 running smoothly with some videos already watched by the students during the year. From nothing, without apparent motivation, from about two weeks to now all the videos (old and new) when starting to be displayed an error occurs and does not continue. I've deleted and resubmitted a video for testing and the same thing happens. I upgraded to 3.7 and it's still the same. Has anyone had this and knows how to solve it?
Error message:
“The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not support”
I don't have an answer but I suggest the following tests:
Are you seeing this when you use the 'log in as' feature? Do you see it when logged in as yourself?
What browser are you using? Have you tried another browser?

I used the Edge browser too, and it has problems. I am seeing both the admin user and the student user as well. Both have problems.
