We are using the database activity - and often export the records as CSV, bulk add some entries using a spreadsheet, and then re-import the entire recordset as a (tab delimited) text file.
Please let me know if there is a simple way to avoid creating duplicate records on re-import.
For example:
(a) delete of all existing records in the database activity before re-import
(b) add some sort of unique ID
(c) other approaches
