How to change BigblueButton recording server to my own windows server ?

Dear all,

I have installed moodle on windows server and it's work successfully also i have install BigBlueButton plugin on moodle but the recording stored on the bigBlueButton test server so i have another windows server and i need to store the recording on the new server.

I have create folder with name BigBlueButton on the desktop of server and set the URL of the server but it doesn't work.

Hi there,

I am not sure what are you trying to do with the folder in the Desktop, but what I can tell you is that the recordings created using on the test-install server cannot be recovered or transferred anywhere. In fact they are going to be deleted automatically in 14 days.

You either have to have your own BBB server or have access to a commercial premium server. You can talk to any of the Moodle Partners and ask them for help.
