After I upgraded Moodle from 3.6 to 3.7, facing issues with Annotate PDF. When an Instructor clicks on "Grade" button for an student submitted document. It goes blank.
Annotation document loads only when the I manually select a user from "Choose a user" dropdown from top right.

I can not even do this. Could you explain where you get the document to load?
