With Moodle's Multiple choice core question, you can assign different grades to the choices. For example, you can assign a grade of 20 % for choice 1, 40 % for choice 2, 60 % for choice 3, 80 % for choice 4 and 100 % for choice 5. Then, in the quiz settings, set the maximum mark of the question to 5, so that choice 1 will give 1 point, choice 2 will give 2 points, and so on.
