i have just installed xamp 7.3.6... and i have downloaded moodle and unpacked the files.... i followed all the steps till i filled the form for administrator informations... confirming that form brings me to this page http://localhost/moodle/user/editadvanced.php... which is blank... thanks for helping
i have refreched the page and i've been redirected ont this page http://localhost/moodle/admin/index.php?sessionstarted=1&lang=fr which seems to have an ifinite redirection loop problem
