I've installed Moodle in my Desktop (8GB ram, Intel Xenon) and connected it in the network. Performance seems fine when being accessed in standalone Desktop PCs (WIndows 10) but when being accessed in thin client PCs connected in a host server(WIndows server 2012) there are times that loading takes a life time. Like during an exam, when a student clicks the next page button, it won't load unless you hit the button again. This only happens when moodle is being accessed in a thin client and when two or more users are accessing moodle on thin clients under the same Host PC/Host Server.
