Hi,
We are using moodle 3.5 and we have around 300 courses and 2000 users/each course.
And we have set up a welcome,3 reminders and one completion emails per each course using Reengagement plugin. So the Rengagement cron task is taking more than one hour to run even if it sets as every 5 minutes.
Welcome mail will be sent soon after when they start the course. Because of the long take cron task process, the users getting welcome mail after the completion mail.
What should be done so that reengagement cron task runs and complete in every 5 minutes or 10 minutes?
