I am just wondering if Avi and Dmytro's question was ever resolved? The docs and the data don't seem to match, sorry if I missed an answer, I searched a lot of posts.
To be specific, the docs say there's a name field with the badge name, but there is no such field in the mdl_badge_issued data.
