We also have the same requirement as well. Like my organization have custom branded app for Moodle and they are using Moodle open source app as well. For now, due to some circumstances, they don't want any access from Moodle open source Application. If any user access from open source Moodle app then it will get an authorization error like "Unauthorized access".
For this, I have installed Moodle mobile local plugin and set up this according to its instruction.
I have followed https://moodle.org/plugins/local_mobile
and
this document URL https://docs.moodle.org/en/Moodle_Mobile_additional_features as well for the same.
Please help me, anyone, How can I prevent access from Moodle mobile application? Or anyone has any suggestion for the same so please share.
