I tried searching this question in the forums but failed to find an answer. (Sorry if it has been asked and answered). I don't have lots of experience with the mobile app.
By default it seems that mod pages within the mobile app are navigational dead-ends, and that the course-to-mods navigational relationship is a hub-and-spoke model.
The means that users who wish to progress through course content require going back to the course page, finding the next activity and going forward to the mod page, rinse and repeat.
It is possible to navigate from activity to activity using next/previous buttons like can be done in most themes?
If it is not possible, I was thinking I might attempt to create a block that emulates this behaviour, but:
- If I displayed an absolute link in moodle mobile content, say to a mod page, does this work in app, and does it work when offline?
- Is it possible to add blocks to mod pages and have them show up in app (sorry haven't tried yet)
Otherwise, are there any plans in the near future to add this functionality? (next/previous activity in app)
(If it already exists with a setting and I'm being stupid, please let me know that too)
