Office 365 Azure AD sync missing users

Office 365 Azure AD sync missing users

Greetings,

I just upgraded my school's Moodle to version 3.7, and changed the authentication method to Open ID Connect for Office 365. We had been using the Office 365 integration manually, and logging in via LDAP, but now I changed over completely in order to better use the integration.

When I manually run the user sync in scheduled tasks, it only shows that it found 200 users, which is quite less than the actual number of users. I have it set to only sync users within a specific group, which I have over 30 accounts added to. However, it is only syncing nine users.

Is there anything I'm missing in either the Office 365 sync settings or in the Azure AD app?

Thank you for help!

UPDATE:

My Moodle Azure App Registration was created in 2016, so I went ahead and used the settings in the Office 365 integration plugin to update the permissions. Now the number of users retrieved is 97, and a new error is now listed for some users: "No token available for usersync"

Do I need to re-create the authentication token in Azure?
