Hello,

I was searching web for a while to create a custom audio player.

My sister is a teacher and she wants to make a listening exam to her students at Moodle. But the conditions are a bit complicated for us.

  • Students must listen the audio file twice! before beginning the exam. 
  • The audio player will not have a seek-bar, so students won’t be able to fast forward the audio.
  • After finishing the 2nd playback, the exam link will pop-up or will be able to  be clicked, so the students can start the exam.

So, what do you think? How can we build an audioplayer with these conditions?

Ibrahim, Have a look at the Poodll Twice Audio Player which is part of the Poodll filter (not free).

The same template is in the VideoEasy filter which you can get and read more about here:
https://moodle.org/plugins/filter_videoeasy

Because they are templates they are pretty easy to tweak and customize from the settings page for the template. That is where you would add the exam-link display.
