Problem during Attempt Quiz Now

Dear Moodlers,

I would like to ask you the following. what does it mean when a student press "Attempt quiz now" and opened a new window, but a blank one and below there is a message saying "waiting for moodle..." ?

Information regarding the quiz:

  • Total number of students attempting the quiz: 87
  • Total number of questions: 35 questions (on 4 pages)
  • Auto-save: every 10 minutes

Information regarding Moodle:

  • Moodle 3.5.1+ (Build: 20180831)
  • CPU 8 Cores
  • RAM: 32 GB
  • PostgreSQL Shared_Buffers: 2 GB
  • SHMMAX: 4GB

Well it is actually a blank page (with no text in it).
Just in the footer saying " waiting for moodle ... " as you can see from the previous post in the figure

Sorry I didn't notice the screen shot. If you have admin access, could you go to admin/developer and turn debugging to developer and retry and report back.
