Hello, I am looking to see if anybody knows of any plugins in which I can have users share private files to a separate individual and not just everyone.
I don’t know of a plugin that will do this, but Moodle integrates with Dropbox, Box, GoogleDrive and Nextcloud, all of which allow file sharing and access control.

You could also use the standard Folder resource module combined with a group mode / restricted access.
I am trying to basically have it to where the students have private files and they choose who can view it.
