Hello, I've been trying to figure out this issue for a few days now, and hopefully someone can help with a solution. I'm trying to figure out if there is a setting where new users (teachers, admins, students) are required to complete a course in order to be awarded a certificate. Currently every role, except the students, are receiving a certificate automatically upon registration and without even starting any lessons. I have installed custom certificate and using Moodle 3.4, please let me know if there is a setting to prevent this? Thanks kindly in advance!
