At least one instructor from our institution has a grading scheme where grades be rounded to the nearest half mark.
In some cases, educators want to be able to grade in certain mark increments (e.g., 0.5 marks). It would therefore be desirable to be able to allow Gradebook entries to be rounded to the nearest 0.5 marks. For example, a calculated grade of 3.25 would become 3.5 and a calculated grade of 2.75 would become 3.0.
This originally came to us as a feature request, but we were wondering if anybody else has pondered this or has come up with a viable solution to achieving this?
