Where is this photo coming from?

Please see the attached screenshot. The photo in the top left is the correct one, attached to my profile, but the photo in the middle... I don't know where that came from or how it got there. And I can't find it anywhere in the admin area to remove it. Any idea how I can get rid of it?

I have never seen that "centered" picture. It might be coming from your theme? What theme are you using? And what version of Moodle?

Well, I do not run Adaptable and therefore can't help. Maybe someone else will know.
You might want to look through the Adaptable theme settings.
