I have a series of 7 courses where students have to submit assignments. For some reason a number of students have submitted assignments recently but I haven't gotten notifications about those submissions. This error process seems to be random as I get some notifications but not others. We haven't changed anything significant in the course settings recently that I can think of that would lead to these issues.
Any idea what might be causing this?
