Some coworkers are testing out a course I developed. One of them told me that he completed part of the course and when he returned to it the next day, he was no longer enrolled. Everyone testing the course is enrolling through PayPal, but I can also manually enroll people. The enrollment duration is set at two weeks, but this is the third day since I've started this round of testing. I ran into this issue with a different user in our previous round of testing as well.
I'm using Moodle 3.6.3+
Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?
