Grateful for any assistance or information regarding the following issue.
Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum.
We recently started seeing duplication of some users in groups within courses.
They appear only once in the course participants list, but they would be listed 2, 3 or even 4 times in their course groups.
The same user profiles would generally have the same problem in each course they're in.
These same users would also randomly be removed from their groups and placed in another group or an autogroup.
This issue only surfaced as we introduced our users to the Moodle Mobile app.
All the affected users whom we contacted indicated that they have been using the mobile app.
Has anyone come across this issue before or could shed some light on why we're experiencing this?
We're using Moodle 3.4.2+ (Build: 20180508).
Any information would be appreciated.
