PDF annotations not working well with Windows touchscreen

We have recently noticed that making drawing annotations using laptop touchscreen is not workin proper. Using mouse or mousepad works fine, but when using touchscreen lines and shapes are not following the the fingertip moves. 

Anyone familiar to the problem? Any solutions?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this is not a case like drag and drop-questions in the linked issue.
I have tried to make annotations on pdfs in assignments using touchscreen on Chromebook, Microsoft Surface and Wacom. It worked well in February, but now in May my drawing lines will not show the way I draw them. Using mouse and mousepad everything works fine.
