the latest build makes the menu background green and the links barely visible... I deleted the theme completely and then reinstalled, nothing changed. but the menus are on the left again and the edit buttons are working - can't wait for a fix version!

Hi Iren,

This is using the latest version from our git repo:

https://gitlab.com/3bits/moodle-theme_adaptable2

download link here:

https://gitlab.com/3bits/moodle-theme_adaptable2/-/archive/master/moodle-theme_adaptable2-master.zip

If so can you check your theme settings as there maybe an issue with those.

We are not seeing this on any of our test systems at the moment, though I think there was a similar issue resolved last week sometime.

Hi Iren,

I think this maybe related to this issue:

https://gitlab.com/3bits/moodle-theme_adaptable2/issues/196

but we are not able to replicate that either.

If you could re-test using the latest version from our GIT repo it would be appreciated.

Hi Jez,

thank you for reaching out. I eventually fixed it by changing 'blockheaderbackgroundcolor' value to white in the custom CSS field and it worked (I used the version of June 23). Before the beta the old menus looked fine. I still have 2 bugs that came up after the beta and it seems to be a conflict between our design and the new layout (user name and the settings button are hardly visible, the colors are too close). If you could tell me the strings that are responsible for the green background and text on my screenshots, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much for your work.

Hi Iren,

I think those issues have both been fixed now, the one you initially reported was fixed only a couple of hours ago so it would be worth updating again from GIT to see what has been improved.

I cannot remember what settings control that text off hand, but if you use a colour picker in your browser to grab the #ffffff value of the colour and search your admin settings for that colour you should find it quickly.

By colour picker I mean something like colourzilla, there are a few different ones available:

Hi Jez,

thank you so much, all is fixed now. We had some custom css settings that worked before the beta, I was able to locate the problem values.

Oh, wow, I just noticed after your message... the today's version doubled all left menus to the right on the main page only. I have the same set now on both sides, left is at the top and right is lower. And administrator bookmarks are visible even without login - I don't think it's supposed to be this way, as it's not like that in Classic theme.

Hi Iren,
