I am using Moodle 3.6 and I was wondering if there were Moodle options for securing the web services token. I would like to activate oauth2 support for it but there doesn't seem to be support available. I see that oauth2 is available for outbound connections to services like Facebook, Google, etc., but no provision exists for securing inbound connections to the web services API. Is there a setting that can be enabled to activate this level of security, or is there a plugin available that would take care of this. If no such setting or plugin exists, can this be coded into Moodle using a plugin, or would it require modification of the Moodle core?
