Hi,
I have a course running and for some reason out of 444 participants, 4 are showing up as not complete. They have completed all the same activities and submitted the correct answers to pass the assessment. However their status is showing 'in progress'. I have logged in as them, and can't seem to find any differences.
I have checked that CRON is running, and it is running every minute. I can't seem to find any similarities between the student who aren't completing.
Here is the completion output for the student showing incomplete.
