I've messaged one of the forum moderators and asked them to remove the student names and links from your post. That's information that you really don't want to be sharing on the internet.
Is your scheduled task running? Moodle doesn't mark your courses as complete right away. Once all the activities are marked as complete, a scheduled task that runs in the background checks everything and marks the course as completed. If your scheduled task doesn't run every few minutes, it'll be a while before courses are marked as completed properly.
