Hello, I am trying to translate a specific word that is in the calendar block.
I have gone to modify the language and I have changed all the lines that contain 'opens' but even then the change is not reflected.
I've cleaned the caches and it still does not work.
If you have activated the debugging option to show the origin of language strings; and there are no English language strings that can be translated {shown within curly brackets} (as {pluginname/block_calendar_month}), that means that the other language strings that you see are hardcoded. Some strings are indeed hardcoded in Moodle. See this forum post.
