We have a learning activity where we provide comprehensive feedback on the learner's assignment submission.
As per attached screenshot, the assessor's feedback is not storing in the grading screen however the data is flowing through to the grading table. We are only seeing a small portion of the assessor's feedback in the grading table, this is not helpful when we are (trying) to provide constructive feedback to our learners.
The assessor's feedback use to store in this screen successfully last year (potentially before we upgraded to Moodle 3.5+). I'm at a loss as to why this feature is not working.
Is there a back-end task that could prevent to this data from holding in the grading screen?
Any advice anyone can offer on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
