Hi
Currently, I have acceptance button with terms and conditions statement only for assignment submission.
Could anyone help me in how to create a declaration space where a student have to update their
- Name
- ID number
- Date
- Activity
- Acceptance of terms and conditions statement to the activity
- Digital signature of student
Either the data can be automatically populated using the user details or a provision to user to update.
