If I zoom out my browser to 67% the footer information is where it belongs.
But if I have my browser at zoom at 100% the footer information block pushes up into the page.
I highlighted the footer information to make it more obvious.
Also: I have unchecked "Display Footer" - it should not be displayed at all.
This does not happen on front page, but it happens on other pages.
