We are having a unique issue with an instructor who cannot see outcomes in their gradebook's grader report, but can see them in single view and in their gradebook setup. This issue seems to be tied to the user, because if we add them to another instructor's class that has outcomes attached, they cannot see outcomes in those grader reports either, even though the other instructor can. As far as we can tell, it is only impacting one instructor at our institution.
Has anyone else seen anything like this? Any thoughts on how to correct this bug, other than nuking the user and giving them a new profile?
