I am new to moodle and planning to develop on Online Course. One of the requirements for this course is to provide 2 Step Authentication i.e. users should be able to logon with atleast two methods username/password, security challenge questions, authenticator code etc.
My question is does Moodle 3.6 provide any core functionality or frequently updated plugin by which we can implement Security Challenge question or TOTP Code like Google Authenticator code apart from Username/password.
From forums I came to know that there is one plugin which implements Google Authenticator but it has not been updated since Moodle 2.7. Any help is appriciated.
