We have Moodle running on MS IIS 10 (PHP 7.2) and it is running super slow. I have ensured the basics such as MySQL caching configured, Windows Hosts File, IPv6 disabled etc but I can't seem to beat the 10+ seconds per page load.
Also noticed that normal logins work fine but LDAP logins cause IIS to report that FastCGI has crashed.
"C:\Program Files\PHP\v7.2\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly"
I know the LDAP config is correct as it is the same as another moodle server on the same network. In Apache (on the other server) I managed to fix LDAP logins by increasing the default stack size, but I have no clue what to do on IIS.
PS: We are running the latest stable version of moodle.
