Hi All,

I have migrated our Moodle from a shared server to VPS - My hosting provider moved the database and site across which I assume would work OK.

I have one problem with Assignments where a tutor going to mark submitted work is given and error 

Can not find data record in database table oauth2_issuer.

I can't figure out why it's throwing up this error. Any pointers would be very gratefully received.

I've added a screenshot for info, as you'll see submitted work is there but when they click the grade button - the error comes up.

Moodle version is 3.6.2
