The issue was not related to Edwiser RemUI theme.
If I'm not wrong the issues was fixed by reconfiguring your server for internet connection. There was no Internet connection in the server and therefore it could not authenticate users from 3rd party platform.
This happens commonly when you have an Internal network which has restricted or completely disabled Internet access.
